If you’re suffering from diarrhea, you can try something called the BRAT diet. It’s an acronym for bananas, rice, applesauce and toast. It seems like something your mother or grandmother would have given you to treat a stomach ache.
3. Skip dairy and fried foods
It’s not always possible for you to do the BRAT diet. If your diarrhea lasts longer than expected, your stomach may get tired of the same foods. This is why you need to look at other options.
4. Rice water
When you suffer from diarrhea, you tend to get dehydrated. This can cause further problems to your overall health. It’s important that you drink as much water as you can during this period.
